Shipping Policy
For shipping we work with DPD carrier or TNT if DPD not available.
We accept order online only for deliveries to addresses in the countries and territories that are listed in the selection menu of shipping addresses on the website www.fivestarscap.com.
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Croatia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
Delivery time 3-10 business days.
Solely customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.
Shall a customer miss the delivery or a shipment of goods was not possible to deliver because of a customer fault, and a shipment was sent back to the Seller, the contract is to considered rescinded, and the Seller will refund to a customer full purchase price of goods less a charged to a customer delivery charge, and any direct costs, associated with shipping back, incl. customs clearance costs, to the customer’s original payment method within 14 days after receiving a shipment back.
Return Policy
Items that have not been worn and that still have the original label and packaging may be returned within 14 days after receiving them. You may try on the to see whether they fit and if the model meets your expectations. You cannot exchange items. When we receive the return package we will reimburse the amount, using the original payment method, to your account. Be careful: if you are returning items, you must put items in the original box. FIVE STARS CAPS SIA holds the right to send items back to the customer in case the item looks washed, worn or shows any form of damage that is clearly not a production flaw.
FIVE STARS CAPS SIA holds the right to decline a refund request in case of frequently repeated irregularities based on the order history of the customer.
Return shipping is covered by customer.
When items are returned, we check every returned item and we will reimburse (a part of) the amount of money via the orginal payment method. Depending on your used payment method, it can take up to 3 - 5 business days after handling your return to see the money on your account.
